The Arizona Department of Transportation says it has completed rockfall mitigation work along State Route 89A in Oak Creek Canyon north of Sedona.
In March last year, a rockslide occurred along the highway, causing ADOT to make a series of improvements including stabilizing a cliff face. It also finished a project controlling erosion.
Traffic restrictions south of the Oak Creek Vista scenic outlook have been lifted.
