State officials say it will likely take four to five months for workplace-safety regulators to finish investigating the death of a construction worker in Glendale.

Police were called on Monday to the future site of VAI Resort where they found a person fell from a height of roughly six stories.

Glendale officials have identified the person who died as 22-year-old Tyrone Tyre Wilson.

A construction company led by the resort co-owner calls the incident tragic and says it involved a trade partner’s employee.

One the investigation is complete, it will be presented to the Industrial Commission of Arizona.
