As Arizonans ring in the New Year, Valley Metro will offer them a free way to get home safely.
Through a partnership with Coors Light, the public transportation service will allow riders to take a bus or light rail for free beginning Tuesday at 7 p.m. until the end of service.
Valley Metro suggests that riders use the Valley Metro app or website in order to plan their trips.
Valley Metro will operate on a weekday schedule for New Year’s Eve and on a Sunday schedule for New Year’s Day.
