There are a number of freeway closures this weekend in metro Phoenix beginning Friday.
The closures include southbound I-17 between Loop 303 and Happy Valley Road and northbound State Route 143 between I-10 and Loop 202 near Sky Harbor Airport.
Roads will open back up early Monday morning. Expect parts of westbound I-10 near the airport to be narrowed, as well.
