Phoenix residents will encounter warmer weather as they step outside for the workweek. Conditions will be sunny with no major changes.

Alex Young is a meteorologist with the National Weather Service based in Phoenix.

“Doesn’t look like we’re gonna be challenging any record highs with these middle-80s through the week but you know, yeah, it’s gonna be at least 10 to 15 degrees above normal," he said.

Young also says overnight lows will hover in the middle-50s.
