Fire damages classic muscle cars in Phoenix showroom

A fire broke out at a classic muscle car showroom located on 5th Street and Dunlap Avenue, on Wednesday, May 21, 2025.

A fire damaged several muscle classic cars in a showroom building on Wednesday. Firefighters worked to extinguish the blaze at the structure located on Fifth Street and Dunlap Avenue.

Investigators say it appears that the fire originated from one vehicle inside the building. Fire crews extinguished the fire by extending hose lines into the structure. No injuries were reported.

Officials prevented any further spread.

The Phoenix Fire Department says 15 to 17 cars were burned or partially damaged. However, firefighters managed to save an additional 20 cars.
