Phoenix police have released discipline records for two former officers now facing felony charges in connection with a violent traffic stop last month.
Antonio Felix spent nine years on the force, and Luis Vasquez Jr. served eight years.
Reports they filed, their body camera videos, service calls and community interactions are all under audit. So is the South Mountain Precinct and their former squad.
Vasquez and Felix were counseled by supervisors for repeatedly missing court.
Felix twice failed to complete incident reports.
Vasquez was involved in a shooting that was determined to have not violated policy. He was also disciplined for not thoroughly investigating a collision, and not turning on his body camera.
