You must be an active member of KJZZ and have an email on file with us in order to access this portal. If you have any questions, please send them to [email protected]

If we have your active email address, click on the link below and follow those steps:

1. Visit https://support.fpraz.org/site/SPageNavigator/member_center.html#/sign-in.
2. Click the “Forgot your username or password?” link.
   

   

3. Enter your email address (the address that is associated with your account) and then click the Submit button.
   

   

4. You should receive a password reset email. Click the “Set or reset my password now” link within that email and reset your password. The password requires eight characters or more, at least one number, one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one of these allowed special characters: : ; # ? ! @ $ % *
   
5. Return to this page or copy and paste this URL into your web browser: https://support.fpraz.org/site/SPageNavigator/member_center.html#/sign-in and log in with your new password.
