The owner of a Prescott massage parlor was arrested Wednesday afternoon on several felony charges, including allegedly running a prostitution operation.

Josh Brazell, the commander of the Yavapai County task force Partners Against Narcotics Trafficking (PANT), said they began receiving tips several months ago about Perfect Spa.

“A lot of times our investigations are initiated based off of concerned citizens contacting us with information,” said Brazell.

When they served the resulting search warrant, he said police arrested the 64-year-old business owner, and an investigation based on indications that she may own additional businesses in the area is ongoing.

“It’s still in the early stages and there’s still a lot to go through and to look at,” Brazell said.
He emphasized that the task force takes a victim-centered approach that prioritizes connecting exploited people with resources.
