Gov. Katie Hobbs announced the launch of ConnectAllAz to make access to statewide broadband programs easier for homes and businesses in underserved areas.

The program’s website is a one-stop shop of information related to state broadband programs like community engagement efforts, action plans and webinars.

It also features a map that identifies areas that lack internet access and shows availability down to the address level. This tool is expected to be especially useful in rural and Tribal communities.

According to the governor’s office, the goal is to connect 100% of Arizona households by the year 2030. To do that, the state is also putting $100 million using the Arizona Broadband Development Grant Program to invest toward broadband infrastructure projects and improving access along major highways through a Broadband Middle-Mile program.
