New campaign finance reports show Republican Karrin Taylor Robson has raked in the most dollars in the governor’s race, with about $1.1 million in the bank.
Part of the reason Robson has the most cash on hand of any other GOP candidate is that she was able to put more than $2.2 million of her own money into the campaign.
She has spent about $3.6 million so far.
Of the other Republicans, Andy Biggs had about $785,000 at the end of last year, and David Schweikert had the least of the three at just under $280,000 But he only joined the race in October.
All of that is dwarfed by the amount of money Democratic Gov. Katie Hobbs was able accumulate in 2025 for her reelection bid. She closed the year with $6.2 million.
