And another nine are scheduled to take place around Tucson.
Demonstrations against President Trump, ICE, and the Iran war are also expected in less populated places across the state, including deep red Yavapai and Mohave counties.
Thousands gathered in metro Phoenix for the last round of No Kings protests in October.
The first set of marches ran counter to a military parade on Trump’s birthday last June.

More than 3,100 events are being organized in communities large and small across all 50 states, with more than 9 million people expected to participate. A growing number of them will be in suburbs, which are increasingly on the front lines of resistance against Trump's policies.
This will be the third round of No Kings protests, which often have a street festival vibe. They're organized by a broad coalition of groups opposed to what they call authoritarianism under Trump, and his attempts to consolidate and expand his power. Organizers say more than 5 million people took to the streets at more than 2,100 events last June, followed by more than 7 million people at more than 2,700 events last October.
The Navajo County Board of Supervisors tapped Republican state Rep. David Marshall to be the next county recorder, a decision that could have widespread ramifications from the Arizona Legislature to elections for Arizona’s top utility regulators.
A member of the Chandler City Council is calling for the swift completion of an internal review of an off-duty Phoenix police sergeant’s behavior at a student protest against ICE in January.
Democratic Gov. Katie Hobbs signed “Cade’s Law: If you See Something, Say Something,” which aims to hold accountable adults who use social media or texts to push a child to take their own life.
