Personally Identifiable Information collected when submitted voluntarily by users visiting our digital platforms:
- Member login information
- Email addresses (e-newsletters, contact forms, open mic on mobile app)

- Responses to surveys, membership campaigns
- Comments via website forms or mobile app
- Pledge / donation information
- Purchase information for the KJZZ/K-BACH/Sun Sounds/SPOT 127 store
How We Use this Information
Non-personally Identifiable Information
Google Analytics is used to analyze traffic to this site. Google Analytics does not create individual profiles for visitors. Google Analytics is software that provides business insight and marketing trends without compromising the privacy of users on the web. The Division of Public Service (“DPS”) may share aggregated information with partners and agencies. DPS only shares this information to improve our membership and outreach services, underwriting and sponsorship campaigns.
Cookies & Pixel Tags

A pixel tag is an electronic image that can be used to recognize certain information on your device, such as cookies, the time and date a web page is viewed, or a description of where embedded code is placed. Voluntarily submitted user information is used by DPS to:
- answer listener questions
- inform and update users on station news and events
- provide station and programming information

- assist users with membership and donation information
- generate story pitches (AZ Q&A Hearken Platform)
