A woman ran a multimillion-dollar fraud scheme for North Korea out of a nondescript Arizona home

Last week, a Phoenix woman was sentenced to eight years in prison for helping the North Korean government perpetrate a multimillion-dollar identity theft scheme.

Christina Chapman worked out of a nondescript home in Litchfield Park. If you were making a spy movie, it’s probably the last place you’d stage a sophisticated espionage operation.
